Spend 8 days on a journey through some of the most remote territory in the United States.
With the Alaska Range as our backdrop and a landscape dotted by flowing rivers, open tundra, and ancient archaeological sites, we’ll spend an unforgettable 8 day riding through the Alaskan wilderness. We will travel from one quintessentially quaint Alaska lodge to another. Our days will be spent on a journey through miles of unconstrained and spectacular wilderness. Our nights will be spent sharing stories from the trail over a hearty meal and warm beverages. By the conclusion of our journey, we will have gained a deep understanding of how one of the most rugged yet beautiful places on earth continues to leave such a lasting impact on even the most seasoned global explorers.

Enjoy a warmup ride to Butterfly Lake
Welcome to the Last Frontier! Our group will meet in the morning for introductions and an orientation to the days ahead. This will also be our time to fit bike and to ensure everyon’es well-equipped for the ride. We will then jump in our shuttle vehicle and transfer to the start of today’s ride into the Alaskan wilderness. With plentiful scenery, the trail will also provide an excellent warm up for the days ahead. This evening, we will enjoy our first meal together while sharing our goals for the upcoming journey. Dinner included.

Gear List
The key to staying comfortable while on an active trip is layering. To obtain maximum comfort with minimum weight, you will need versatile layers that mix and match to create the right amount of insulation, ventilation and weather protection.
You will receive a complete gear list after signing up and our expert staff will be standing by to help you choose the set up gear that will work best for you.

Weather
Daytime highs typically range in the high 20s °F with overnight lows around 0°F, although temperatures could be much lower. Participants should be prepared for the possibility of riding in snowy conditions. It is important to note that the region may experience more severe weather at any point during the trip.
Cancellation and transfer policy
A refundable deposit of $xxx is required at time of booking to secure your spot. Full payment is required 60 days before the departure date.
If you decide to cancel your trip, the following fees apply and are due when we receive notice of your cancellation:
91+ days prior to departure = $0
61 to 90 days = $400
31 to 60 days prior to departure = 50% of the total trip cost is non-refundable
0 to 30 days prior to departure = 100% of the trip cost is non-refundable
